PAYMENT POLICY
Before proceeding with any treatment the veterinarian will provide an estimate of costs. To keep our expenses and hence your fees to a minimum, we do not offer credit. Payment is required at the time of consultation or when your pet is discharged from hospital. Our fee structure reflects our commitment to high quality care, equipment and service, Veterinary clinics receive no government support. Payments may be made by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Eftpos, Cheque and Bartercard (if paying by Bartercard, please inform our veterinary team before your appointment). Senior pensioners are offered a discount on professional fees. |
