By now, most people have heard of pets being microchipped. In fact it is now law in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland that puppies & kittens must be microchipped before they are sold or rehomed.

Pets may go missing if gates or doors are left open or they may escape through boredom, fear or in search of a mate. Attractive and valuable pets may be stolen or nuisance pets may be released by neighbours.
