Booking Appointments and Vet Availability

At The Vets, we encourage our clients to book appointments for their pets. This ensures a vet is available to see you and helps reduce waiting time. If you have an emergency then please try to call ahead to let us make any necessary preparations.

Our nurses should ask you which vet you would like to see and what problem you are bringing you pet in for. If we forget then please tell us. We try to allocate more appointment time for certain situations such as first vaccinations and skin conditions.

All of our vets have rostered days off to allow for the long working days, time spent working on weekends and after hours. Tony, Monique and Paul also allocate time during the week to spend on planning and management.

Our Hours

Monday - Friday: 7.30am - 6.00pm (Nerang and Helensvale)

Saturdays: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Nerang)
8.00am - 1.00pm (Helensvale)

After Hours: Please call to obtain the phone number of our rostered vet on call
